This property is comfortable with a great in house restaurant. The room was clean and the closet was a good size for hanging up multiple outfits. The staff were all very polite. The tanzanite store in the lobby has fantastic prices and Moses himself is a gem - extremely kind and helpful. The only issue we had were the extremely incompetent taxi drivers who did not seem to know where they were going. I highly suggest you show the driver the directions on Google Maps BEFORE you depart the hotel because we attempted to show them during the ride but they were not interested .

Comfortable, convenient hotel in Arusha

We had a great stay at the Kibo Palace. It was a great place to get some rest after a long flight, walkable to town where we enjoyed the Natural History Musuem and central market, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet with a good mix of local options, and a decent room. The pool hours were limited but otherwise a great stay. The hotel allowed us to keep the same room as we arrived a day early for our safari and only one night was part of the safari.
Breakfast buffet was generous

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food was good as we are there for breakfast (amazing buffet), lunch and dinner. The fitness centre was clean and had good equipment. Hotel is a little older with lots of charm and big rooms, an update to bathrooms would be the one suggestion to consider for improving as showers were small and water pressure low. Would highly recommend staying here

Start to an amazing holiday

Overall, it was an absolutely amazing experience. Extremely helpful staff, great service, amazing food options so overall very pleased with that. Close to the high street and restaurants are within walking distance and the ATM / banks are also opposite the hotel so very accessible. Almost everyone knows the hotel so very easy to get directions or use a taxi to get there. Overall: I'd highly recommend it! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
