"The good We really enjoyed the staff and the hotel itself. The bad. Not a lot of food options for non Mexican dishes and we had zero hot water in our suite. We talked to numerous staff and they said that there was nothing they could do. We also had to ask 3 of our 7 days to have our mini bar restocked. I know these seem like minor issues but we spend a lot of money to not have a hot shower for a week. "

"The location is amazing and rooftop pool was my favorite watching the cruise ships etc. It was not very clean compared to other Mexican resorts and lots of rust in lower pool that looked unsanitary.
