"Wonderful time and very accommodating. Miya ar check in upgraded us to a king bed, gave us complimentary water bottles and, since we arrived later than planned, gave us a late check out the next day. "

"Convenient location to get anywhere via subway. Fitness center was large with plenty of options. Market in the lobby was great and the coffee is very good. Front desk staff were polite and kind. Would stay again."

"Nice stay in the heart of the theater district of Manhattan. Very convenient as well, next to a subway stop. One suprise was teh hotel's $30 destination fee, and the hotel providing us with a $30 credit to be used for food in the hotel. My family didn't realize that the credit had to be used that night, so we appreciated that the hotel was gracious and allowed the credit to be used for hotel food the following morning. My family would stay here again."

"Room was amazing and spacious enough for a family of 4. Very clean and quiet, didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment on that. Lovely and luxurious stay, a few steps away from the madness of Times Square. Highly recommended"

"I’m a returning guest, and I enjoyed my experience at the Park Lane Hotel. Everything was very nice and I felt very comfortable during my stay. My concerns… the mini fridge was not stocked with anything, zero snacks and drinks. No ice machine on my floor, or anywhere else, nothing, but there’s an ice bucket in the room?? And no coffee machine in the room or coffee pods. Unbelievable. What does the daily resort fee cover? WIFi? I’m sure they negotiate a discount rate for WIFI, but every guest...

"The hotel was pretty nice and in a good spot for getting to and from different locations around the more tourist-focused locations of New York City. Very convenient bus and subway stops were right outside the hotel. The areas directly outside of the hotel were a little dirty and there was a bit of construction work going on the streets. The staff were all very friendly and helpful during our stay. We also appreciated the security they had making sure only hotel guests could enter the elevators...

"Property was centrally located in the middle of Times Square. Hotel staff was very friendly, and the housekeeping staff was very attentive to ensure we had adequate towels, etc. for all four guests in the room. That is rare. Also great location as we had tickets to see The Wiz right in the Marquis Theatre in the hotel. "

"The Arlo is your classic boutique hotel at the southern end of Soho. Our room was very clean and well appointed, although it was small (the smallest on the floor according to the map on the door). Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff at the front desk was incredibly attentive, polite, and cordial. The location is at the edge of several interesting areas and very conveniently near the Canal St 7th Ave subway stop. We will return again if the opportunity arises!"
