"We had a few problems with the hotel. When we asked about more toilet paper we were told to ask Expedia. How could Expedia get us more toilet paper? We had a triple bunk bed but the ladders were against the wall. When I booked the room it showed three double bed but no bunk beds."

"Everything was great. There are some problems that could be addressed in the room. The drain in the master bathroom does not drain properly. It's probably time to replace the furniture in the room. The side table next to the bed does not want to close. Also, the furniture is showing its wear. Other than that, everything was great. You asked for my opinion, and I gave it to you.
