「房间没有人员打扫，楼道，房间都有一股异味，而且早上隔壁做早餐触发了火警报警一直响，前台没人处理，我六点醒了只能到车上睡觉。但房间还算是整洁的。」

「Nice small hotel located within walking distance of the beach, groceries, and eateries in south beach. Hotel cafe is very good and reasonably priced, staff are as friendly as can be. Would definitely recommend for your visit.」

「In a great area, located by a lot of the water activities right off of collins Ave. The room was clean, view was nice. But the police came to the hotel like 3 times that night, not sure for what. Overall a great time was had.」

「Spacious, accessible, parking available. Friendly front desk person. Pool was under construction, price did not reflect that, thought I personally didn't care about the pool. I would go back in the future if the price is right」

「Great area.. walking distance to beach..room was clean and a nice size..when we arrived the office was closed but we were given clear instructions on how to enter our room without any issues..they even allowed us to stay an extra hour without paying any late checkout fees..I would definitely recommend this place to others!」

「Hotel and room were nice…. Lady at check in was very rude, we needed more towels and were told a different company does laundry and gave us a number to call. 3 days later we got clean towels. Valet parking only and they are very rude as well. I can say it was very affordable, great view of the ocean and right on the main strip close to everything 」
