  • This place is right behind the James L Knight Center, right between the Brickell Avenue and the S.E. 2nd Avenue bridge. I was on the North side of the Miami River pointing my camera South East. I found plenty of parking for a reasonable price. Best time if you want lots of action would be Friday or Saturday night. For a more desolate nights I would recommend Monday thru Thursday night. Here you will find an incredible amount of photography opportunities to shoot for. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept. Lots of new, very tall buildings have made the Miami landscape a very popular site for photography!

The room was nice but there was no shower curtain so water splashed everywhere. The body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were empty. There was only one small trash can and that was located in the bathroom. There should have at least been one in the main kitchen area and the bedroom. The bed was a full size and not a queen. Upon check in their card reader was not working so I had to pay with exact cash because I was told they do not dispense change. Also my $300 deposit has yet to be returned. I was told 24 hours but it has still not been returned back to my bank account.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was great, although noise of nearby construction a bit distracting. Hotel policies are not very guest friendly—a steep charge if you want early check in (regular check in is at 4) and you have to pay per bag to store them after check out. Overall great location in the heart of Brickell and near transit, shopping, and restaurants.

The room is clean, and the location is good to eating area and shops. Close to free trolley and metro mover. The heated pool was nice but no towel for the pool area. Also, couldn’t get live English channel from TV.

Room was spacious and new. Interior is very stark and everything is a hard surface which makes everything echo. Decently located within 4-6 blocks of primary attractions (restaurants/bars/shopping) in Brickell and only 3 blocks from the Metro station for free rides to Bayside. The $45 “resort fee” is flat out a money grab. No amenities other than a pool and small gym that we did not use.

Room was spotlessly clean, whole apart/hotel was immaculate. TV didn’t work maintenance came twice with two different remote controls. Security deposit and TC’s overly harsh especially while visiting with a young child as we couldn’t relax incase he got dirt on the linen, was nervous touching stuff, felt uneasy as you can lose $300 for having marks on towels/linen etc Beds very comfy Wouldn’t stay again simply couldn’t relax as worried over security deposit

Clean and modern hotel. I loved the shower! There is a lot of loud construction in the area and an annoying amenities fee you have to pay. Other than that, it was fine.
