This is the most terrible experience for me. The room is so small, dark and dirty. They don’t provide any parking space. I have to pay $50 for parking for overnight far away. I will not recommend to any person.

There were some maintenance issues in terms of cracked floor, and cracked bathroom features, the tv was also a pain to figure out but for the location the price wasn’t too bad.

Lage ist top, Unterkunft war allerdings sehr abgewohnt. Wenn man nach 18 Uhr einchecken will, geht das nur über eine Telefonnr. und eine Webseite, die nicht immer funktioniert. Hat sehr lange gedauert.

The pictures of this hotel are misleading. The beach access is close, however where you are able to use beach chairs is quite a ways away. There are no yellow stripped umbrellas like it shows in the picture. The hotel is very outdated and not that clean. While the location was great, the hotel is really not that nice for the price. The only hotel personal that we ever saw was a lady at the front trying to sell you an excursion. This area of Miami Beach was very nice, just not the hotel.

Good room for a family of 4 which includes a kitchenette and bathroom ( bit small and needs maintenance ). The staff are amazing. Very close location to the beach and restaurants.

Got to the property around 5pm room not ready. Waited another 10 minutes for the room and it was HOT! Had a window unit that did not blow cold air at all. Screws sticking up on the floor by the bathroom. Mold on the wall. Asked for another room but front desk lady said concierge was not available after 6pm. So a refund was not given either. We had to walk at least two more blocks to get another room with a working AC. There was another couple that walked into the hotel as we were leaving that had booked a room and was told they had no room for them either. Horrible experience!! Not worth the price at all. Very old and run down with no customer service!!

The room we got is on the 2nd floor w/o elevator and i have 79 years old in the wheel chair and they even bother to look if there's is a room in the first floor the room and bathroom dirty and old the door knob is broken and toilet seat cover is broken. we ask them to fix it since we check in at 4pm and no one came until we check out. NEVER STAY ON THIS HOTEL IS DIRTY AND NOT WORTH IT !!! and they are over pricing per night for the crappy and dirty property!!

Great location. Great place for adults, not a kid friendly hotel. No pool, not a hotel to entertain family with kids. A block from beach, restaurants in every direction.

This is consistently my favorite place to stay in Miami. Found some new spots nearby in South Beach and took much better advantage of the location this time around. It was also quite quiet during my trip this time which was great. I’ve stayed here twice now and will certainly make it a third in the future!

This property was a very nice place for our vacation. The staff were always pleasant and helpful and available at all times. The accommodations were clean and close to everything in south beach. We would stay here again.
