The front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a laundry room on site, you need change for soap but the machines take card. The location is great, restraunts everywhere and the beach is so close. We loved that the rooms have queen beds.

The location is perfect, only a block from beach. The front dest stuff Gabrielle and manager Mehti were very nice and work hard on New year Eve day. We have a futon sofa in our room for my son. If two blankets and two sheets can be provided for futon usage, the experience would be much better.

I loved the look of old Miami in the hotel. The staff esp Monica and the new kid (a man in his early 20s) were very kind and accommodating. The room was clean, it had laundry, they let us check in early and it’s a short walk to the beach

The hotel was very conveniently located and the staff was very friendly. The hotel gave out beach towels and were very attentive to any needs you may have. We had a later flight and were allowed to store our luggage after checkout, this was very convenient and appreciated. Francisca was very helpful and easy to talk to.

The location is excellent, and the ambiance in the room is quite pleasant. While the sheets were clean, the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Overall, it is a good place with good service, and we were grateful for the early check-in.

Had a very comfortable stay. No issues in check in or out. Quiet place. Kitchenette came very handy. Location is excellent right next to the most happening places of Ocean drive and South Beach. Highly recommended for singles as well as couples for safe and comfortable stay.

Location is excellent. Easy walkable to south beach. Good environment around. Property itself is very old, stinks, no lift, but manageable. Room smells so bad like suffocating. Cannot keep window open as they dont have latch. No balcony. No fresh air. Dirt on the floor. Terrible old spring mattress. Very very small room. No closet. Would try some other property next time, not this.

We stayed here before boarding a cruise, it worked for our family. Wasn’t the nicest or cleanest building, but it felt comfy enough and we were only in the room to sleep anyway. GREAT location, lots of great restaurants around and access to beach chairs.
