「The food was amazing. Fresh and flavorful. Miguel ,Xavier, cant remember other names were amazing. Down fall...Alot of walking. The layout of hotel was very confusing and elevator # made no sense. Females: DO NOT WEAR HEELS. Alot of sand on property, including some restaurants. Bring bug spray. Safe area. Couple resort if you want quiet. Some live action. Beach club was more lively. Lastly music sucked. Does not cater to latin music, reggaton. 1x at pool party heard updated music. 」

「The only complaint I have is the mosquito problems they seem not to pay any attention to it. Beautiful place but is kind of hard to enjoy when you have 10 mosquito bites on your body constantly. 7/10」

「Ocean view villa had a spectacular view of the ocean. Even with the beach just steps away, we rarely felt the need to leave our comfy balcony because of the view. It's better than the pictures show. 「I loved the vibe of this hotel, calm and relaxing which is opposite of the party vibe in tulum. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. I did a yoga class that was fantastic with a wide open and breeze room. The chef was kind enough to prepare a simple meal for my husband who had a stomach bug. Gaby went out of her way to bring my breakfast out to the beach :) Tulum has really changed from our last trip 7 years ago and it feels super busy but this hotel makes you feel very relaxed! loved it 」

「Right on the beach. Beautiful landscape and friendly staff. Only thing is no coffee in the rooms and restaurant did not open till 8, but usually could get coffee by 7am. A short bike ride to Tulum ruins. 」

「Felt in paradise. Loved the cleanliness and the attention of the staff. Primo was very attentive to all of our needs and concerns. Every day staff and Primo would greet us and ask if everything was ok with the room. Primo went above and beyond. Will certainly visit again. 」

「I didn’t get any credit or drinks that were advertised upon arrival, but it was a very convenient hotel at a very affordable price for my short stay. View was mid, but it was a comfy little hotel, nothing fancy. 」

「This property is a small, boutique hotel but the level of service is above and beyond. The staff is so friendly, knows all of the guests names and make everyone feel so comfortable. Very quiet as the restaurant and beach areas are for guests only. And while very hot/humid in mid-May, the jungle pool is so beautiful and relaxing. Beware of the bugs on jungle side though. I recognize this couldn't be avoided but there are lots of grasshopper type bugs, moths, mosquitos and worst of all...
