「Our stay began 05/20/2024 and we checked out 05/28/2024. We especially liked having one pool and the hot tub in a covered area to be able to have a reprieve from the sun for a while. Our suite was excellent and the kitchen was well appointed for cooking meals. We were able to walk to many other restaurants and attractions. We chose to Lyft rather than to walk to Broadway on the Beach and the fare was quite reasonable the 2 times we did it. With that being said, by 05/24 we began to see...

「Ok location. Hoped the lazy river had tubes but didn't see any. When we arrived to the room, door wasnt locked. We found a bed sheet in the kitchen and bed not done. They sent the cleaning lady. She used her key to come in without knocking & on her phone. She was rushing and dropped the pillows on the floor. Not the best intro to the location. Wish they had a restaurant or Cafe」

「Room was very clean. Elevator had a lot of issues. Key card quit working had to get a new one. 10pm one night a major alarm went off in the room told us to exit the hotel via stairs(6 floors for us) all for them to say they just wanted to let us know not to use elevator. Pool area was nice. Location was good with the pier and the banana boat near me gave the beach a not so crowded feel. 」
