it's a nice place to stay if you're not looking for something too nice and just a place to stay while you're there, the views are great and it's walking distance from most things. it's right behind the boardwalk so that's really convenient, the only complaint we had was that the elevators did not have air conditioning so they were extremely hot.

It was not renovated like it said first of all the elevators work when they want 🙄 and the rooms look like it was the 80s. We left after a few days came back home. Sorry wont be back again.

First night we woke up to a cockroach running across our heads. After that everything just grossed us out, also the front desk person wasn’t very friendly about it. The balcony isn’t represented very well in the pictures it is about a foot wide, you can barely even stand on it. The balcony wasn’t a huge deal just misrepresented. All in all, you get what you pay for…

We stayed here years ago and it was a nice property, especially when you get the location with it. I think I understood it correctly that the rooms in the North Tower are being renovated. The pictures of those look really nice, however, the rooms that are not being renovated and are being rented are really really really bad. Our cabinets were falling off the wall from the ductwork leaking (literally a continuous large drip into our cabinets and floor). The vents were dusty and looked dirty. There was rust everywhere and the ceilings were peeling. Just didn't feel like somewhere were kids and families should be staying.

Better than expected the rooms were nice. Very clean and well air conditioned. And were were right in the middle if the strip and could just walk around if we wanted to without driving everywhere.

The bathroom was very outdated and the toilet was loose no hair dryer no hangers even though we asked 3 times for them, they didnt pick up the dirty towels, the hot tubs in the north building didn’t work but they did in the south building. No ice machine on premises

DON'T BOOK THIS IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY YOUR VACATION. THE BATHROOM CEILING WAS LEAKING, IT WAS DIRTY, NOT AS PICTURED, EVERYTHING IN THE ROOM WAS SMELLY, SUPER OUTDATED, THEY DON'T GIVE YOU TOWELS FOR THE POOL, AND WONT AUTOMATIC RETURN YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT UNLESS YOU CALL. Everything was OK, except for the AC it kept leaking all the time on the rug and the smell was very disgusting. The maintenance people did what they could but the problem was not solved. We ended up putting a trash can under it to keep the water from spreading all over the room.

Location is the best right on the pier of the beach, view is everything. All rooms are ocean front but this hotel needs serious renovations and updates. It’s like going back in time to 1969 the rooms are ridiculously old.

The AC did not work. The room had cracks in the walls and ceilings. Along with a giant patch in the drywall with a hole the size of a quarter in the middle of the patch.
