Property is clean and staff is nice, but property is definitely in need of some updating. There were things like stains on the ceiling. That would be very easy to fix without spending a lot of money. Beds weren’t very comfortable. The stay was OK for the money we paid. It was pretty cheap, but there are so much potential to make it nicer doing some things that wouldn’t be that expensive.

The hotel looks like it is remodeling which is sorely needed. But you get what you pay for. The price was very low, the staff was wonderful and the location was perfect.

The room was dated and the walls were dirty. We did not have hot water for 5 of the 7 day stay. We had to boil water on the stove. When the problem was brought to the attention of the front desk we were told they had been experiencing problems - just let the water run for 20 mins. after an hour the water was frigid. They installed new door knobs 4 days in, with a keypad that had a 10 digit code. I had to now remember a random code longer than my SS# to grt back in the room. The Bar/Restaurant adjacent to the Yachtsman played loud music and we had to listen to people coming and going until 3 in the morning. The entire building needs a face lift - This was not the vacation I had planned.

The rooms are outdated but clean. We had issues with the door lock. The staff tried their best to re-program and finally replaced the whole lock. Very nice location and oceanfront view rooms.

Rooms are very outdated.They claim they are remodeling. We had NO hot water we did complain they claimed it was fixed and it didn't work after running the water for over an hour.The smoke defector was not even put up.The walls had peeling paint and lights did not work. The only good thing was view of ocean but NO pario to sit on. The locatio is good too.We didn't let it ruin or vacation we just want others to be aware.

No beach view as promised. Place had all items needed for a long enough stay. Unit on desperate need of renovation. Front desk rarely open with someone at it. Location is great I must say.

Parking was at a parking lot two blocks from property. The room was horrible. They did not have the ro. They put us in a horrible little room. It had a murphy bed and a doble bed. I did not pull down the murphy bed and slept in the sofa. At about 8am I was completed wet from the water coming from the ceiling. It folow by a torrent of water that soak our things. After about 2 hours we move to a nicer room, like the one we reserved. We were 3 people, my husband, 83 years old, and he has alzehimers . My daughter is a down syndrome person. I am a diabetes person. It was traumatic situation all along.

We stayed in an un remodeled room it was very clean but Reno was being done upstairs a little noisy on weekdays. Weekend was wonderful! Would definitely stay again even through remodeling.

Beautiful view of beach. No heat or a/c. We repeatedly asked for someone to fix it. They sent someone but it was never fixed. The sent up a space heater that worked for 30 minutes at a time and the fix for the a/c was to give us fans.Room was comfy and clean. Very outdated, ceiling peeling in the bathroom and other areas

They were doing construction was not told we got there. Turned water off for 5 hours 2 days. Only 1 elevator that broke down for 1 day stuck in our room all day. Room very old needs to be gutted and redone. Won't be back

The pictures on listing were of the side that was newly renovated but we were put on the need to renovate side. The place was clean but there was poor lighting since there were only lamps, no ceiling light. The furniture in the living area needed to be in a dumpster. The fabric was torn, no springs so seat dropped very low when you sat down. There was a coffee maker but no complimentary coffee. Had to leave the building to a shared building for indoor pool which shut down after we got there. There was no ice machine in the building. How can that be? We went across the street for ice($5.45) which was old and frozen into one solid piece. The curtains in the bedrooms didn’t close all the way so at night the nightlife lights were in our rooms. You could hear everything in the room above. The heating and cooling system was not up to par. We haid very cold air constantly blowing on a 40 degree day. You couldn’t change temperature on thermostat or change to auto. Had to deal with it all night until the next day. They hadn’t really fixed because they will be renovating next. They didn’t mention on the listing that there was a renovation coming up with limited access to pool and amenities so there could be a judgment call. Also the parking area is not across the street but a block away. The only good thing was that it was clean and didn’t have an old smell. I feel Ike they should give me a voucher to return after renovation or to the side already renovated. It is in a prime location

Room is outdated and A/C did not work. When they finally fixed the A/C, then the heat stop working. Bed is very enclosed on both side and you have to slide to the foot of the bed to get out. Pool was not open and oceanview was looking at the pier. Hard to get in touch with staff after 4pm.
