「Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.」

「We chose a room with a creek, but with the air conditioner turned on, we couldn't hear the sound of the creek at all. There was not enough time to ventilate the room, there was an unpleasant smell when we entered, and I sprayed a lot of lysol. The bathroom is very! Very! Small! ! ! It's hard to open the door to get out of the tub and your leg or bath towel will rub against the toilet! The washbasin is so high that even young children can't wash their hands and brush their teeth by themselves. A...

「Probably among the top 5 places to stay at Gatlinburg. It's a little too expensive for the average traveler though. The whole place is clean and pleasant and you feel welcomed. The beds, -----, well not all that great.」

「Good place and location. Clean room but didn’t like the smell from the carpet in the room. Also, the breakfast is average. Otherwise, it’s good and will stay again most likely. 」

「We enjoyed out stay at this hotel, because it is completely renovated and brand new on the interior and the exterior. The breakfast was very good. The location was surprising, as it is positioned in a somewhat industrial area, yet we felt safe. Given this, we found the hotel stay to be pricey, but it was the Memorial Day weekend, so that was what would probably explain the high cost.」

「I only have one complaint - parking! We had a handicap room but two nights there was no parking close to our room and had to park in a rather undesirable place. I would suggest numbered assigned parking spaces. 」
