「When we just got into the room we saw 3 flies in the room. The floors carpet was really sticky. On the second day, after the room cleaning service everything felt wet, at night we could clearly hear our next room neighbors conversation. It sounded like they were next to me. The service in the lobby was perfect.」

There was not enough time to ventilate the room, there was an unpleasant smell when we entered, and I sprayed a lot of lysol. The bathroom is very! Very! Small! ! ! It's hard to open the door to get out of the tub and your leg or bath towel will rub against the toilet! 「Probably among the top 5 places to stay at Gatlinburg. It's a little too expensive for the average traveler though. The whole place is clean and pleasant and you feel welcomed. The beds, -----, well not all that great.」

「I only have one complaint - parking! We had a handicap room but two nights there was no parking close to our room and had to park in a rather undesirable place. I would suggest numbered assigned parking spaces. 」
