The room was clean and the property well maintained and staffed.

Absolutely loved the private balcony in my room! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The room itself was spotless with modern, well-maintained facilities. Such a pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very modern , clean , different restaurants and warm atmosphere

This hotel was exactly in the centre of Shenzhen, Seg Plaza is downstairs as well as every single electronic store you can think of including DJI etc, coffee bar, tons of restaurant that are walking distance. Location was 10/10. Also, the hotel staff were excellent, Victor specifically went out of his way to assist me with a package that I was having trouble receiving, he contacted the delivery company several times, added me on WeChat to inform me and update me on the package status and his colleague even helped me transfer the funds to the company as I was having some issues sending the money. They basically sent the money for me, and I sent it back to them. Amazing team over all, thank you Victor and the team ! Oh yea, and when the package arrived, they sent a robot to my room to deliver it, super cool ! When I return to Shenzhen, I will be staying at this hotel again for sure.

They really shouldn’t be called a 5-star hotel. The staffs are nice and friendly but the service is not yet up to the international standard. I would have considered staying there again for work if they could improve their in-room service. Apparently all their restaurants shut down early and their in-room service is outside food delivery service, everything comes in plastic bags. Trust me you don’t see this in any 5-star hotel.

The hotel was beautiful. The room was fantastic, and the view was outstanding.

Nice recreation facilities

Very good price and nice property. But not very close to many restaurants.
