East Osaka Golf Vacations

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean, had everything we needed, beautiful room.

We stayed here for 11 nights in March 2026. We booked the largest room for just my husband and I, so it was very spacious. The room was great and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, conveniently close to Dotonbori, with numerous restaurants nearby and a 7-11 is just a stone throw away from the hotel. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind and welcoming, consistently greeting us with warmth. I arranged for luggage transfer from Osaka to Kyoto, and the staff had our tags prepared in advance and reassured us that everything would be handled smoothly. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely return on our next visit to Osaka!

Staff members were very helpful. The room had an amazing view of Osaka (we were on the 29th floor) Then room conditions were very old. Carpet looked dirty and there were multiple food and food stains still stuck on the bed runner on 2 of the 4 beds in the room, unsure if it was ever washed. Overall would not book again.

"A"... perhaps "the" classic ryokan. Relaxed (genuine) gracefullness that is not commercial or something you can teach. It is not a material luxury experience (there are many others who fit this expectation), so much as an unintentional unmannicured view into the past of old Kyoto. Very dreamy for me at least!. It felt like returning to my granny's house in post war Setayaga. Special. There are exceptional people among the staff whose heart beats echo mine and that era.

Hotel was amazing, the staff are wonderful. It’s located right across the street from the castle which was a huge plus.

Overall, the facility is great except for the front desk staff. Front desk staff is not very friendly. The concierge staff, in contrast, is very helpful.

Close to the airport and free shuttle bus was very handy.

Very, very convenient to the airport! We had a rental car which was right next door to the hotel and was so easy to return.
