APA Hotel & Resort Osaka Namba Ekimae Tower
There are a few APA Hotels in Osaka but I like this location as it is a close walk to Dotonbori and Namba station. The amenities are nice and clean. Breakfast buffet is amazing.

Will definitely stay here again, right in the central location of osaka station with malls, food, transportation but not Hilton prices.
