Nice big rooms and clean facilities. However for the style of hotel and price we were surprised to discover you have to pay separately for the pools and it's quite a steep price. At every hotel across the world I've stayed at with a pool, it's always included if you're a guest.

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the airport. After arriving in Incheon the airport information desk said the hotel does not have a shuttle. We took a taxi. The hotel confirmed that they do not have a shuttle.
