Great location in a quieter part of town but walking distance to the underground, the botanical gardens and a lot of nice restaurants by the river and high road. Spacious rooms but they were not very clean when we arrived, stains on the carpets, there was garbage under the bed and the sink wasn't draining properly. We also had a security scare where in the middle of the night, people we didn't know knocked at our door several times and didn't leave. Calling security two times and letting the phone ring a long time no one picked up even though the reception the next day said that security is available 24h. All in all, the area is very nice to stay in if you don't want the hustle of the city but the hotel experience was not so great.

The towels in bathroom lovely - the cleanliness of bathroom left a lot to be desired. I’m really very very cross about the fact I booked a twin room and I double checked by email that it would be a twin room not a double. When we arrived it was a double. Phoned reception and no answer. However that would be because on our arrival at 12.30 AM a coach party were just arriving at reception. There was just one receptionist trying to book everyone in. As we weren’t part of the group we were given our room straight away but then to find only one of us could sleep was not funny. I will never book with Raddison Blu again and would advise others to think carefully particularly if they have any specific requests. One more thing - it would be most helpful if it said on the website NOT suitable for stays when travelling from T4 as the shuttle doesn’t go there!!! Sorry I’m not usually on a rant like this but this was the worst stay ever & you did ask for my feedback otherwise I probably wouldn’t have said anything

The hotel is right in the terminal building just across the corridor. Very nice hotel airport hotel. Very convenient, clean, nice amenities in the room and car rental down underneath the hotel.
