Staff friendly, really comfy beds and the best location.
The check in took quite some time and the outsourced parking lot was unbelievably painful. The valet and concierge tried to assist as best they could and now I’ve been double charged and trying to receive a refund. It wasn’t what I needed after a long drive in and wish you could just pay directly. The machine outside was charging 167 for one day-several of us tried. 65 dollars on app.
