"Hotel Maya was amazing. When we checked in, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were staying with family and asked to be close together which they accommodated with no problem. We had reservations at the Queen Mary for dinner and walked there in about 10 minutes. The staff told us the best way to go. It was a pretty and safe walk. There was a nice place to sit and have drinks right by our rooms in building 4. We had breakfast at Fuego which was right next to the water and a great location. We were headed to Catalina after our stay and it took us about 5-10 minutes to get to the ferry. Our beds in the room were comfortable and the AC was great! Our balcony faces the parking lot but we didn’t mind. It was very quiet. All of us loved Hotel Maya and would absolutely stay here again. "

"Room is spacious large king bed 3rd floor corner looking towards pool Disneyland California can see fireworks from balcony everything was perfect here excellent customer service we were able to add another day in morning there breakfast is very good everything from potatoes eggs French toast biscuits and gravy coffee tea hot chocolate fruit cereals bagels pastries i recommend leaving ac on high if you want a nice cool room to come back to after park's 2 pools couple of hot tubs weight room gift shop and snack shop"

"Room had a bad smell; toilet paper was thin; reception staff looked bored and unwelcoming; breakfast area was too small, barely could find a table to sit; did not provide with proper ticket to exit parking garage which caused unnecessary delay; price of a water bottle (1l) =10$, very expensive and prices were not listed. Overall for a Hilton branch - disappointed."
