「This is a solid, not fancy place almost directly on the beach. It is less than 5 minute walk to the beach and to several restaurants.
The hotel is showing its age but is well maintained. The beds are comfortabl. The rooms are a good size. Parking in the ramp near the room was a nice feature. The shower wasnt great, both in terms of water pressure/ shower head and also water splashing out.
It was just what we needed for the night we were passing through. Great value.」

「I had a receipt from Expedia that I showed the clerk that said paid in full. I got charged a resort fee of $29 for what? March is not the busy season. There was nothing extra at all for 29! 」

「We had such a wonderful stay at the Atlantic Ocean Side Hotel in Dewey Beach for opening weekend! From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy, welcoming, and relaxing. The location is absolutely perfect—just steps from the beach and all Dewey has to offer!
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a stress-free getaway. The staff was so very friendly and accommodating, always ready with a smile and very helpful.
