「Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. 「Stayed in a king room on the water side of the building with a 15 month old. Hotel provided a pack and play with a sheet for the toddler. Recommend bring your own mattress for the pack and play. Room was quiet and comfortable. The bathroom sink was weird and sprayed water all over. Front desk was helpful and always had someone available. Breakfast option in the hotel was good but expensive. Walking distance to many good places to eat. 」

「Stayed here for our son’s college graduation. Rooms were awesome! The best part was the free breakfast. The restaurant staff was so attentive and they served so many options, many that were healthy. I can’t remember an all-inclusive breakfast that served chia seed pudding. Love this hotel!」
