「Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. 「The room had a little smell to it. The staff in the restaurant/ bar was terrific. Nia and Suzy were fantastic. Welcoming, warm and happy to serve flatbread even with a few minutes to spare before closing. They are an asset for sure.」

「The staff there has been very helpful. Airport shuttle service was fast and responsive. Front desk personnel was also very helpful and welcoming. It was our first stop for the business trip and this hotel makes us feel like home. Would stay there again nex time!」
