「Overall a great experience 」

「Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. The inn dates back to the 1800's and four U.S. Presidents have stayed here. Located 22 minutes from Saratoga Racetrack and 45 minutes from Lake George, we loved being able to explore the area and return to this quiet inn.
