「The room was fine no issues. My only concern is the staff. Checking in late evening the person at the counter was very rude. Instead of good evening how can I help you. I got “What do you want”? When I said I’d like to check in I got I’ll be with you in a bit as she walked away. Definitely not a warm welcome from start to finish. Morning counter staff was no better. When checking out person behind the counter was texting on her cell phone and never acknowledged me at all. Another staff member...

「Clerk was helpful in helping me correct a booking error (my fault, booked the wrong night). Room was tidy. But the shower had some hardware issues which was annoying. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times without any serious complaints or concerns.」
