「everything was clean and new. gorgeous pillows, mattress and bedding. Restaurant was wonderful. Loved the balcony view of mountains and stream. Too cold to go bike riding but they had electric bikes.」

「Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. 「Room is spacious and clean in general. AC super loud and dusty. Phone very dusty too. Poor sound proof. You can hear doors closing heavily on your floor, people talking in their rooms and even dogs barking in a room. 」
