「The staff and services are excellent, especially the Front Desk staff Ms Lira. She is very cheerful, friendly and considerate. The hotel room is out of our expectations, very warm and made us feels like at home. Location is good as well - highly recommend!!」

「We arrived earlier at noon and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and we could check-in in short time. Room condition was good and you can get anything you want(e.g. water heater, tea bags). The room is spacious, as well as the bathroom. It is close to #2 tram station, and there are restaurants opposite to the hotel. Since there is no direct tram from Zurich HB station to hotel, we needed to change at Paradeplatz station. So it is better for hotel website to show more detailed...
