This hotel had little to no customer service. They didn't give us information, nor did they have a concierge. The beds were rock hard, and the AC didn't go below 20 degrees celsius. When we asked for lighter blankets, they turned up with warmer blankets. Truly disappointed. Not worth the price.

The Ambassador is a great choice

The hotel is perfect for both business and pleasure. Newly refurbished, great location and friendly staff. I can warmly recommend the Ambassador.
