"Great location next to tram stop. Wonderful and friendly housekeeping and reception staff. Only issue was a leak in the bathroom from the tub, otherwise lovely good size room and amenities."

"Excellent location in proximity to Zürich HB, and a short walk down the river to Lake Zürich. Very well curated hotel with an excellent bar. The only downside is that in their endeavour for lean luxury, there is no way to communicate with the hotel reception once in the room due to absence of room phone. They could easily have a WhatsApp number that a guest could conveniently contact. As I was travelling with my young daughter, not having in-room connectivity with the reception was a big deal for me, as if I needed anything at all, I had to take her down to the reception with me, as leaving a child alone in the room is not safe."

"Crown was a great affordable option. In Zurich A little further out from the main city and lake but the tram is very easy to jump on and get around "

"Nice hitel close to train station, tram to day trip bus neeting area. Hitel room Senior suite was beautiful, great bath tub and shower, 2 toilet rooms, living room. Fold out couch for third person. Pool Ok but is at least 6 ft at lowest ( im only 5 ft 10 in)."

"Room was exactly as required for sleeping, very clean, well organised, with a good shower. Evribuddies worked prefectly. The only improvement would have been more sockets for charging devices - free was only one socket in the whole double room. "
