"The hotel is in an excellent location. It is situated 2 min walk from the Zurich main train station and a stone throw away from the old town. The property is clean and updated. The staff is very friendly and tentative. Overall, we had a frat experience staying there."

"Don't sleep on this small boutique hotel! Everything from check in to check out and in between was great! Tarek was so very helpful throughout our stay and Julianne gave us helpful information for sightseeing. One of a few hotels that offers room service and breakfast. Bath water was HOT (LOVED IT)! Close to GREAT restaurants, EXCELLENT shopping (found an Esprit and Benetton I hadn't seen in YEARS), and museums/churches. Also super close walking distance to train (going to airport or another city). If you're considering a trip to Switzerland and Geneva in particular, book your hotel at Eastwest. You will NOT be disappointed!"
