"Es un lugar limpio, en su mayoría el personal muy amable, lo único que son muy *exigentes* con sus reglas de hotel respecto a alimentos, que es entendible porque hay restaurante, pero había un huésped que hasta amenazas de muerte le dió al personal, huéspedes y no le hicieron nada. En temas de seguridad si deberían mejorar. "

"Poor room cleanness, mold on restroom, balcón door was inoperable, bubble gum on elevators’ walls. Staff was friendly enough to find me another rooms (I booked 2 rooms), the same night I arrived. I’ve ti leave early die ti the fact that AC was. Not cooling enough. I’m positive Expedia will do better homework next time, before listing facilities that represent them better."
