Took 45 mins to check in, only 1 person was at the front desk. The rooms did not look like in the pictures. The elevators took for ever, I believe they are broken and it’s inconvenient taking the stairs. The rooms were hot and a/c was not working. I was not pleased.

The hotel didnt respected the reservation about the room.we booked with 2 beds and they gave us a room with one bed my kids and me we slept in the same bed they didnt care about if we weren't comfortable .The elevators didn't work we took the stairs and it was 18 floors

The ac went out twice, the WiFi once. Avoid this this place on weekends when the Mexico City people arrive. Brutal. Staff is great and I sm sure the interruptions are still Hurricane related. The food is buffet style and what you expect. Still good. Good walking and shopping

3 hours for Check-in, They change 2 times the rooms, and the WC of the last one never work. The fire alarm sound all the nights. The food is not expectacular, is ok for a AIl-I. but the service is good. The pool area is too small for the amount of people

I read a review that said the staff was the best thing about the hotel and it is true, they do what they can and what is within their reach, unfortunately the hotel fails in several aspects. I went in the low season (beginning of March) and there were 2 events (a wedding and a birthday party) I don't know if the hotel miscalculated but during meal times the restaurants were packed with people having to queue for up to half an hour and once you had gotten a table, the food was gone and you also had to wait up to half an hour for the buffet trays to be refilled, the queues at the 3 bars were the same, queues and more queues.

No es la primera vez que vamos; la atención es muy buena solo que en esta ocasión reservamos el todo incluido y al llegar allá pagamos para salir más tarde pero nunca nos comentaron que era sin el todo incluido y ya no pudimos disfrutar nuestra instancia como deseábamos y al final solo utilizamos el desayuno

No funciona el control del aire acondicionado, no enfría. El elevador no funciona para bajar. Hay que bajar por las escaleras. No cuenta con frigobar. No cuenta con estacionamiento propio, por lo que tiene un costo extra. Las albercas están bien pero no hay suficientes camastros.
