A wonderfully refurbished hotel to a very high standard. All the staff were outstanding and nothing was too much trouble for them. Loved the view from the dining area and the easy access to the beach

Had an amazing staying! Was upgraded to a villa due to Hotel being remodeled after hurricane Otis. Staff was attentive and fast with delivering any food orders. Always friendly and with a smile. Also the villas are super clean!!

I really liked the second floor pool, it was very nice and clean and has an awesome view of the Acapulco bay. The customer service from Nicolas was excellent. I did not like the sewer smell inside the hotel and across the city.

Never booking through expedia again. The property has beds like rocks and music playing so loud it’s imposible to sleep. Neither Expedia or the hotel cared about me, only about their deal, and kept my money even when I canceled the rest of my stay very early after my first night. Esmeralda Prrez, worst manager.

Bonito lugar, bien en calidad precio, sin embargo el servicio tiene áreas de oportunidad: personas en recepción no te hacen sentir bienvenido al lugar. Hice Checkout pero mi vuelo se atrasó y en recepción no me dieron una opción óptima, pregunté si podía permanecer en el restaurante(consumiendo) y me dijeron que NO. Otros lugares te dan la opción de permanecer o usar las instalaciones mientras llegan por ti. Incluso les mande mensaje por medio de Expedia pero contestaron demasiado tarde. Esta desatención me hace reconsiderar la recomendación del lugar.
