「Overall good stay. Staff was very attentive, our concierge Cielo was awesome and constantly checked on us. Carlos was great at casino night and had a very good vibe. Luis at the TRS pool was top notch. Overall bartenders and restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. Thanks to Expedia (not sure if Expedia in general or due to our Platinum status) we received an upgrade to “vip” which gave us access to TRS facilies and restaurants. 「We had an amazing stay! The resort is very safe, peaceful, and fun. There are many different dining options as well as several buffets. All of the staff were super friendly and treated us well. Our buildings concierges David and Cielo were incredibly helpful during our stay. They were able to answer all of our questions, as well has assisting us with different bookings. There are multiple pools on site and a beach as well. Our room was also very nice and the cleaning crew did an amazing job...
