「The hotel is much better than I expected. We arrived very late, around 3AM. The front desk is very helpful and extends our check out time. The staff speaks very good English. The room is very big, so does the bed. The water in the shower is very good. Wifi works very fast. There are some stores outside, so you can buy stuff very easy, even during the night. And taxi driver does know this hotel. The only thing bothers us is the air conditioner was a little bit noisy. Btw the room has a belcony.」

「I’m happy with my stay at this property. The location is very convenient; close to the beach, quiet, and safe, as it’s in a private area with restricted access during the night. Just keep in mind that the building feels more like a residential condominium than a hotel. There’s no food or beverage service on-site, and at check-in, we were informed that housekeeping is only provided once per stay, even though we stayed four nights. 「I booked a Master Suite so had a large bedroom as well as another room with kitchen, living room with sofa. Two balcony's gave a great view of center courtyard and ocean. Fridge, stovetop, dishwasher and microwave! Super clean suite and great staff! Loved it!」

「El hotel ha cambiado mucho. Ha mejorado considerablemente. Nos recibió el chico del bar con bebidas, nos dieron cortesía para el restaurante del hotel y un par más q están súper cerca. "This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
