「该酒店交通便利，离ADO车站步行仅需几分钟，我们在深夜抵达巴亚多利德，走到这里也十分安全。这里离镇上的cenote和去奇琴伊察的collectivo站步行都只需要十几分钟。店主是华人，对我们特别热情友好，特别推荐入住！我们深夜出门买东西店主还会和我们一起～😌😌😌下次还会住这里！」

「The staff was very friendly, breakfast was great and so much shopping within a short distance.」

「We were there for 5 days. Since our arrival their yard stole my heart. It is beautiful, like an oasis, quiet and a good place to relax since they have 2 pools on the property. The room was a bit odd to me since the bathroom didn't have a door so it was like an open space, but overall i liked it and i was very impressed by the cleanliness of it and also the towel folding that the housekeeping does. The hotel is very close to 5th ave where you can find a lot of places to eat and also to the beach,...

「Nice property with extremely friendly staff. The breakfast and dinner buffets were good, offering plenty of options. The beach, however, had a lot of seaweed, so I wasn’t able to swim directly in front of the property. I had to walk a bit to find a cleaner section of the beach for swimming.」

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
