"This apartment was a beautiful place to stay. I love the private patio area and that it was ocean view. I didn’t like that the water pressure to the shower was very low, it was barely dripping so that was really frustrating having to use the shower in the unit. I would also recommend that since there were no room cleaning they should at least have access to a washer and dryer so you can have clean sheets and towels throughout your stay. "

Breathless Cancun Soul Resort & Spa - Adults Only - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"Breathless definitely lived up to its name. My balcony view was gorgeous! I was able to see the beach and the sunset was amazing! The all-inclusive resort was great for drinks although the food was very American. The outdoor pools were near the bars. They had excursions on the site you could book from zip lining to catamaran tours. There was karaoke night and other entertainment in case you don't want to leave the resort. The service was exceptional. I will definitely be returning!"

"The property itself was clean, the check-in staff could've been more helpful in providing more information regarding property. At check in they did not provide any map/brochure of property. The food trucks consistently ran out of food 2-3hrs before there service ended. Food was a 4/10, reservations for dinner at most restaurants were booked, we arrived on Monday morning and there was only availability for the steakhouse. The only reason I gave food 4/10 was because of the sports bar (Score) and the burgers/chicken tenders, breakfast was also ok. All the service staff was friendly and very attentive. Property is beautiful but definitely would not stay here again. With us not enjoying most of our meals I decided to make dinner reservations outside of the property and was told Ubers are not allowed inside, you are only able to take hotel taxis that cost around $150 USD (round transportation)."

"the pools were good because you are not a member you do not receive the amenities offered to the members, could not eat at the restrauntes offered because of overbooking will not let you get in the room until required time even if it was ready, lack of communications from staff 33 dollar taxi ride for 1/2 mile down the road seems like they dont want americans there"

"Air conditioning doesn’t work that great bar areas smells like somebody died food wasn’t that great? look like the Food will be sat out for so long. It was hard. They do not have room Service. One of the elevator broke down. It was time wasting waiting for the other elevator. Hotel need some renovations."
