"Over all not too bad. Hotel is clean. Restaurant is nice. And staff is friendly. The only thing is the room we booked is not we expected. We thought we booked an ocean view. But the room we got is partially ocean view. "

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
