"The entire hotel is shoe free, Hotel provides shoes locker and slipper for the entire stay. Nice onsen, great dinner very reasonable price."

"The location is excellent by being close to trains, buses, and department stores. The room was tiny but clean. There was no safe to keep your valuables, or a microwave in the room. It was a bit odd to heat up your food in another floor and take it to your room using an elevator. The room cannot be used between 10am and 3pm if you want it to be cleaned, which was a major inconvenience forme."

"No breakfast, it will lock your door when you entrance in your room, It requires to make a call to reception to release the lock. Not convenient."

"ロケーションは良く、熊谷駅北口から徒歩５分です。但し敷地内に駐車場がないことで失望しました。提携駐車場があり800円のサービス券が貰えますが、高い駐車場なので一晩停めるとそれ以上かかります。そのため熊谷女子高校のすぐそばにあるオーク駐車場に車を停めました。30分100円ですが、最大駐車料金が12時間まで500円です。現金の他にクレジットカードで決済ができます。 宿泊して良かったのは、施設内に温泉があることです。興味を持ちましたが、時間の関係で部屋で入浴することにしました。普通のお湯だと思ったのですが、肌がツルツルになったので、全館温泉のお湯ではないかと思いました。"

"We had a wonderful stay at Super Hotel Saitama! The room was compact but exceptionally clean and comfortable, and having Netflix made our stay even more relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the spa was spotless and refreshing. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Liked that there was a fridge and microwave in our room and an onsite onsen. Although sad that the women's onsen doesn't have a cold plunge or sauna like the men's. Provided pajamas, onsen towels and disposable slippers were good additions. Breakfast was ok.Thanks for a lovely stay."

"Location: very close to Omiya station (train station) so easy to get to Tokyo. We went directly from Haneda Airport by Airport Limousine and it took a bit longer due to the traffic. Breakfast: lots of various things to choose from. Very tasty. I couldn’t do the charge to the room and needed to pay in advance."
