"We spent 2 nights at The Grandview this weekend. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom. Nice sized mini fridge too. My favorite was the balcony looking over the beach. The location is directly across from the beach but the "rocky" end. However, you can walk down the sidewalk for a minute or 2 and take the stairs right down to the sand. The only thing about the room I would change is a closet or clothing rack. There is something small on the wall but it doesn't hold a lot. We just hung all out clothes on the shower rod in the bathroom so it wasn't a big deal. My husband and son went in the pool and said it was really nice. They even had towels. All in all a great stay!"

"I've been coming to York Beach pretty much all my life, both in season and out of season. This was my first time staying here at the Sunrise Motel and I can say everything was fantastic. From the communication to the room, everything was just great. The room was exactly how it was described, it was very clean and had a little kitchenette. Can not say enough good things about this place. Will DEFINITELY come back!!"
