I would like to especially mention the bar and restaurant staff who worked in the evening who were so so plesent and welcoming making everyone in the resturant enjoy there time. 「A modern and comfortable room, but the poor breakfast service let down the overall enjoyment of the stay. The rooms are well designed and high quality, although there were issues with our lamp (flickering badly, couldn’t use it) and shower (blocked plug hole, not draining). Maintenance issues were reported to reception, but as it was the weekend, I was told there was nobody available to look into it until Monday. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the rest of the room. Breakfast was disappointing....

「The room was right above the kitchen extraction fans and was drooming all the time of our stay at the hotel and with the weather being very hot we couldn't have the window open due to the noise and spoil our stay at the hotel sadly we won't be returning to the hotel and report to reception and fell on deaf ears and charge full rate of the bill.」

「My wife and I could not fault anything about this hotel except for the unfortunate breakdown of the elevator resulting in my wife and I having to descend four flights of stairs both of us have mobility problems with stairs」
