「Property is very close to train station and zanse schanse and staff was very helpful in accommodating our late check in, holding onto luggage at reception etc. Only thing to complain about was the soap in the shower was running low but we also didn't try ringing the reception to ask for more so can't dock them for that」

「We had a really pleasant stay at the Best Western Zaan Hotel. The location was very convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices. Would definitely stay here again!」

「The best thing about this hotel is the free airport shuttle. A nice ride and time saving (also saved the 20 minute walk to the nearest station with luggage). Bike rental is available for €15 but not many number of bikes. The staff is friendly and nice. Air conditioning cost an extra €10, didn’t know. I don’t appreciate that. The tap water tastes strangely (my opinion). But can buy water from a nearby supermarket. The tv resolution is quite below standard in this century.」

「Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Hauptsächlich haben wir das Zimmer zum Schlafen und Frühstücken genutzt, dafür hat es voll und ganz gereicht. Der Weg zum Bahnhof dauert auch nur 10 Minuten, was sehr praktisch ist. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite findet man viele Restaurants und Bars. Schade ist nur, dass man keine Parkplätze seitens des Hotels hat. Wir würden dieses Zimmer nochmal buchen wenn wir in die Niederlanden wollen! 」

「It is noisy, the toilet is dirty, the electric fan is very dusty, and there is a bed bug in the comment. As soon as I enter the room, I feel that it is wrong and I just leave 」

「The room was supposed to be non smoking but the whole room smells like cigarettes. Have a very tall staircase before reaching the 1st floor for old fashioned elevator. Check in was at another building next to the Italian restaurants next door. Very inconvenient for people traveling with big luggages.」
