The entire experience at The Toren was exceptional. The hotel was cozy, comfortable and located in a great area close to restaurants, museums, shopping and the central train station. Breakfast food selections tasty and filling. All interactions with the hotel team members were pleasant and helpful.
Perfectly located, close to main attractions. Staff was amazing and they allowed me to keep me luggage there while I went to an overnight trip to a different city.
Great staff, very helpful. Wonderful room and great breakfast plus a location central to the historic canals. Highly recommend for a boutique and charming Amsterdam hotel experience.
Front desk was very nice, room was clean. The decor was gorgeous and air conditioning worked perfect. The only disadvantage was I stayed a few buildings over from The main Hotel. The main hotel has the restaurant/bar. I traveled alone and would have preferred staff present upon entering the building but this wasn’t the case for the second part of the hotel. I didn’t know this when booking.
Great stay! The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The staff was very helpful. The bar is great - they have really good food and drinks and even happy hour.
Staff and cleaning crew are top notch. When you get there, they may let you know that you won’t be staying at the same building that the reception is located…remember, you’re in Amsterdam…buildings are only so wide and tall. They had us just about three doors down in a room that was better than the picture online. I will never stay anywhere but here when we come back. My wife and I could not have been happier with the accommodation. You will love the location, the romance of the architecture of the accommodation, and I encourage you to open the window and look out at the canal and watch an amazing city.
We had a delightful and relaxing stay. The room was quiet and fabulously equipped. The staff were very helpful from check-in and throughout or staying.
