「The hotel needs to take a look on its electrical appliances, the fridge was left unplugged, and when we tried, we found that the socket was broken and it was so dangerous! The hotel implements a "Quiet policy" within the hotel at night, sadly the hotel is located among several bars, casinos and restaurants, plus its poor sound proofing, it was very noisy at mid-night. In some of the days, the house keeping were not done when we expected to, or when we have asked to. 」

「My stay at ROOM 106 with its perfect pillows and bedding was delightful. The room had comfortable natural light and a beautiful river view. It's just a 5-minute walk to the nearest supermarket, with a safe and smooth path. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom featuring heated floors — essential during Amsterdam's winter. Staying at The July - Boat & Co is likely to become one of my fondest...

「房間空間不大，飯店簡單乾淨，附近沒有什麼，房內有冰箱，膠囊咖啡機，電梯及樓層進出有門禁管控，可寄放行李，加購早餐16歐，往來中央車站搭乘22號公車約10幾分鐘非常方便，班次密集，雖不在市區，整體還算方便。」
