Front desk staff Jale is not helpful and hustling, on July 1 I informed her the liking pipe under sink and stated the DND light was on due to the forgetting, I wanted to authorize hotel maintenance staff to enter my room in writing. She refused. I told her be flexible them I went up my room to turn off D ND light which made me miss the train and late for my activity. The worst part of her is being sarcastic, on my way to exit of the hotel, she said “good morning” to me behind my back, there were no other customers at front desk at that moment. On July 2nd, the pipe liking again, the DND light was on too, I informed here about the issues and told her that “wait until I get back, don’t let people get into my room” she is hypocritical, she did the opposite way as she said on July 1st. As I came back from my tour, I told front desk staff to sent maintenance to my room. I was furious, for the two different results for the same situation.
