「Clean and updated rooms, no carpet! Breakfast could be a little better」

「Overall this is a very nice, clean, hotel which was 10 minutes away from our venue. Would have liked more breakfast options, such as turkey or chicken sausage, but no complaints about this hotel. I really liked that there was a fridge and microwave in the room. We would definitely stay here again.」

「The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our room overlooked the pond which was very nice. Only complaint I would have was the sliding barn door style bathroom door. Parking was adequate and two nice restaurants are within easy walking distance. Coffee was very good and breakfast was as expected. The staff was very friendly at checkin and also serving the breakfast . It was a busy weekend for the hotel because of a softball tournament in the area and I would say they handled it...

「One night stay. Arrived early, no rooms available told to wait 30 minutes. After 30 minutes watched 2 people check in with none available yet for us. 20 minutes later gal at the desk got us a room. Everything new bright clean. No Issues. Great breakfast. Waited 10 minutes at desk to check out. No one present finally 3 or 4 of the people waiting just left the keys and walked out. 8:30AM the front desk of a sold out hotel and no one present.」

「It was okay and basic lodging, I arrived around 1030pm and got a pet room after a long day on the road. The room was musty and smelled of urine, or had unresolved "pet" odors. I didn't speak up until early check out as I was too tired, asked the front desk to address the issue and their response was, " the room doesn't smell", "it's a pet room and cleaned often", and rebuffed my offer for them to go smell it themselves. The front desk person seemed agitated when I brought the subject up and...

「The 1 bedroom suite with a separate pull out sofa, was not as advertised! The bed and the sofa was separated by a curtain! Very disappointing! The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Hotel needs to bed updated a little, mainly the bathroom, but not bad at all! Only two hotel employees were friendly and helpful, and that was the young lady during check-in. The other friendly and helpful employees was the young lady during check-out.」
