「A superb night away from home in a beautiful area. The Pheasant is immaculately maintained. The rooms are stylish and scrupulously clean. The restaurants, again, are beautifully decorated and the food is perfect. Staff are all friendly, polite and generally lovely. I can’t recommend this place too highly.」

「The room was beautifully clean and modern, and had everything we needed. The room was a cosy or comfort room (5) perfectly big enough. The hotel is right on the river and only 10 min from town centre. Hotel breakfast was delicious and varied...good selection. Had an evening meal here, food was really good and reasonably priced. Hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas too. Staff were very attentive and polite and very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Hats off to Dean and the rest of...

「quite noizy for the room located on the road side, even after close the window. Luckily the staff in the frant desk was very kind to exchange our room close to the less noizy corner. Otherwise this is a very good choice hotel in terms of CP value. 」
