"I signed up for 2 Queen beds, not 1 Queen and a sofa bed!! we had four people and two slept on 4” mattress. It ruined the entire trip, people were grumpy, sore the next day, tired because They didn’t sleep. Their backs were hurting. Lastly, they put us in a a room for disabilities, the shower soaked the entire floor. They were woken up in the wee hours of the morning to burnt toast, people walking by our rooms, loud conversations it was too much. Sunday was completely ruined. They were exhausted, sleep deprived and complaining the entire day. Very very upsetting. We purposely chose this lising because it said two queen beds we avoided other hotels for the purpose. It included a sofa bed "

"Staff was friendly, especially the waitress at breakfast! The property, itself, seems tired. The pool was closed (and has been for a while, according to the desk clerk). The side entrance was out of service, apparently due to a power failure a while ago. Remote checkout wasn't working. The restaurant/bar did not serve the full menu on Sunday night, and what I did get was mediocre quality at premium pricing. The whole place was a bit shabby and didn't seem particularly clean."

"Enjoyed a restful stay on a business trip to Boston. Great facility and staff was super friendly and helpful. "

"Check in was delayed with many frustrated guests waiting. Apparently the property was under renovation. The room had a torn desk chair, burn holes in the curtains and torn carpet. The TV Comcast didn’t work the first night either. The front desk staff didn’t seem to care and were dismissive except for one person. "
