Good morning, yesterday afternoon at 3:00 PM we booked a room for 4 people. When we arrived at 6:00 PM only one bed was ready and the sofa was without sheets and pillows. We asked the girl at the reception that the sofa be made by our return from dinner, but this never happened. At 9:20 PM we still did not have sheets for the sofa, we were tired from the jet lag, and we continued to ask for the children's bed to be made. All unacceptable. My husband had to go down three times in an hour because no one paid attention to us despite the promise that they would make the bed shortly. On the fourth time my husband came back with what was necessary to make the beds, moreover without the pillows which arrived after another 20 minutes. Crazy. Never seen anything like it. The girl at the reception, who was also rude, gave us the Expedia number to request a refund for the night, which her manager will approve. In fact we are here to request it.
