「The stay at Hyatt House was great as usual. The reception staff are always so welcoming, friendly, and helpful especially Christina! We were very grateful to be able to transition to this second room first thing in the morning instead of having to wait until the normal 3pm check in time. Only disappointment was that there was no oven although photos on both Expedia and the hotel website show a full stove and oven for the 1 bedroom queen accessible room.」
