The staff was very courteous, friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to take care of you. Hotel decor was beautiful and elegant. Lots of nice amenities. Nice places to sit, think, relax or work. The breakfast buffet was awesome! Within walking distance to other great restaurants and shops. Look forward to going there again.

Excellent location if you’re planning to go from Salem right off the highway just a 20 minute drive. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful about local attractions was decorated very nice for the fall holiday rooms were clean when I asked for extra towels they were brought up immediately highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel. Great staff (thanks to Scott at front desk). Nice breakfast. Safe, clean, no noise at all. Loved being so close to the Marketplace! Reasonable price. Will stay here again.

When the coffee at the lobby was out, I asked the front desk, they just ignore me or said he will go get some more, but when I returned to the front desk, they just hide the coffee pots behind the counter. The heater was not working very well, I turn it on at 75 degrees, but I still felt cold. Me and my wife both caught cold
